We pride ourselves on thinking creatively in attacking complex litigation matters for our clients. Having successfully prosecuted and defended cases for our clients, we know how both sides think and have deep insight into the strategies and execution necessary to achieve our clients’ goals.  We have flexibility regarding fee arrangements that make sense in light of the client’s objectives and budget, including split hourly/contingency fees, fixed fees, and hourly rates that are substantially discounted from the rates charged for our services when we were partners at larger firms.
